NEXIUM ASA Cluster Rules & Guidelines
The following rules and guidelines are in place to keep the NEXIUM ASA Cluster healthy and enjoyable for the long run. These rules may be updated at any time without prior notice, though we will always do our best to communicate changes with the community. At times, community polls may be held to gather feedback, but polls are not binding — final decisions will always be made in the interest of the cluster’s long-term health. Please cooperate with these rules and guidelines to help us maintain a strong and fair community. Violations may result in the removal of your structures, creatures, or items, and in severe cases, permanent bans from the cluster. In most situations, players will receive a warning before action is taken. This list is not exhaustive but serves as a clear foundation for expected behavior across the cluster. If you are ever unsure about whether something is allowed, use your best judgment. When in doubt, apply common sense first, then ask staff for clarification. We appreciate your support in keeping NEXIUM a fair, fun, and welcoming place for everyone.
General Rules
- Respect the community — harassment, toxicity, or hateful language (racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.) will not be tolerated.
- Cheating and exploiting is forbidden — hacks, aimbots, ESP, mesh exploits, duping, or unfair advantages will result in bans.
- Global chat must remain clean — English only in global; tribe/alliance chats may use any language.
- No impersonating staff — names or behavior intended to mislead will be punished.
- No real-money trading — items, dinos, or services may not be exchanged for real-world money.
- One main tribe per player across the cluster — alt tribes used for blocking or territory control are prohibited.
- Rules apply cluster-wide — violations on one map apply to all maps.
Misconduct
- Interactions with other players or the NEXIUM Team must follow these standards:
- M.1: Do not use unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or offensive language. Discussions of politics and religion are not allowed.

- M.3: Do not disrupt conversations or channels through spam, macros, scripts, loud/disruptive sounds, repeated join/leave spamming, or excessive @mentions.
- M.4: Advertising other servers, promoting hacks/exploits, or selling real-world goods/services is forbidden. In-game trades are allowed.
- M.5: Do not post inappropriate messages, images, audio, video, or links. If unsure — don’t post it.

Boss Fight Policy
- Arena Bosses
- Force save your inventory.
- Enable /optin.
- Record video or take screenshots. If you crash/disconnect/die:
- Do NOT leave the map.
- Submit a ticket with evidence.
- Video preferred (shows dinos, saddles, inventory, name).
- Recovery Process:
- ItemsPlus reset attempted first.
- If not possible, manual recovery may be done (staff availability dependent). You must remain on the map with a detailed list. Not all items are guaranteed recoverable.
- Tribute refunds issued if boss glitches out. Open World & Event Bosses Same precautions as above. Evidence required (video/screenshots).
- Tribute refunds if boss glitches. If in reward bubble but no rewards: Submit ticket with strong evidence (video/screenshots, or statements from 2 unrelated players). Cases judged individually — staff decision final.
Item Recovery Policy
We WILL attempt recovery if: Server crashed and you respawned. Special rewards lost (max 3 recoveries). Transfer bugged with no upload. Items lost after boss ascension respawn. Tickets must be submitted within 3 days. ItemsPlus reset is the only method — if that fails, no further recovery possible. We will NOT recover if: Death caused by lag or client-side crash. Base decayed naturally (decay packs available via Tebex). Loss caused by Wildcard/mod bugs.
Ticket Submission Policy
Tickets are for serious issues only. Abuse of the system is punishable. Do NOT open tickets for: Creature/item recovery (due to glitches/lag/rollbacks). General questions (use :question:support). Server crashes (use :boom:outage-report). Do open tickets for: Rule violations. Tribe ownership errors/missing owners (inactive <21 days). Personal emergencies preventing login (for decay extension requests). Always include clear descriptions + screenshots/video evidence.
